SUMMARY:THE SAPIENT COSMOS talk by JAMES GLATTFELDER / Performance by THOMAS JOST
DESCRIPTION:The Sapient Cosmos: Consciousness and the Fabric of Reality \nA talk by Dr. James Glattfelder\, theoretical physicist and complexity scientist \nWhat if our most basic assumptions about ourselves and reality are wrong? \nThis talk invites the audience to reconsider the very foundations of reality. Drawing on insights from quantum physics\, complexity science\, and the philosophy of mind\, Glattfelder examines why our prevailing worldview struggles to account for experience and meaning in the cosmos\, and why consciousness may play a more fundamental role than previously assumed. \nOffering a bold new synthesis at the intersection of science and philosophy\, the talk sketches a picture of a sapient cosmos: a universe in which mind\, meaning\, and reality are fundamentally intertwined. These implications shed new light on humanity’s evolving role within an interconnected cosmic fabric. \nThe evening continues with a performance by Thomas Jost\, presenting an immersive\, experiential response that explores his own ideas about the place of human intelligence in the cosmos.

SUMMARY:WALK ON THE WILD SIDE with OLIVER CONRAD
DESCRIPTION:Walk on the Wild Side with Oliver Conrad is an immersive walk through the natural landscape of St. Moritz. Guided by the artist\, participants move through quiet pine woods\, slowing down to observe\, collect\, and respond to the surrounding environment. Along the way\, an ephemeral artwork is created—temporary\, site-specific\, and shaped by the moment. \nThe walk concludes at La Tenda sur Lej\, a place where locals and international visitors naturally meet. Here\, the experience continues around a late lunch featuring traditional Swiss fondue\, preceded by a welcoming hot\, aromatic apéro. A shared table\, warm food\, and conversation bring the walk to a gentle close\, connecting nature\, art\, and community.

SUMMARY:OPENING VERNISSAGE PIZ PULS
DESCRIPTION:An evening where art\, sound\, and social energy collide. \nThe exhibition opens with a cocktail reception that brings together the artists behind the works and the community around them. It’s a moment to meet\, exchange\, and experience the exhibition in its most vibrant state. Drinks in hand\, conversations unfold among artworks\, ideas\, and impulses that set the tone for what’s to come. \nThroughout the night\, live performances will activate the space\, adding movement\, sound\, and spontaneity to the exhibition. These moments appear and disappear\, blurring the line between audience and action\, and turning the opening into a shared\, evolving experience. \nThe evening also marks the official launch of ChAI ShOP GARAGE RADIO\, a new year broadcasting from the in-between spaces of culture\, music\, and experimentation. More than a radio\, it’s a living channel—raw\, curious\, and independent—giving voice to artists\, collaborators\, and unexpected encounters. \nExpect an atmosphere that’s informal yet charged\, creative yet relaxed. An opening not just to look\, but to listen\, connect\, and be part of the moment as it happens. \n  \n \n\n\n\n \nPIZ PULS AN INTERDISCIPLINARY EXHIBITION IN ST.
